I kind of interpret many post on here as acknowledging that we're reaching a market peak, in general, which is a well-supported thesis, and so if you've been sitting back chill while the gains roll in because bull market, well, time for traders to stay sharp, many are expecting volatility, probably a sharp downturn, smart traders should check their risk management is in shape, time to pay attention. The timing of his post vs what I know about the market supports that well enough. But yeah, the post could mean anything.....managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 432k in the space of a few months... Rather focus on more productive and prosper business DBSDY, stock split 11:10, then 5% dividend. Not losing money is the key

When Alibaba issued a dollar dividend last quarter, I thought this was an annual dividend. This quarter clarified that this is a quarterly dividend. The also issued 0.66 dollars special dividend. So... This means that we are expecting to get 4$ per year as dividend excluding all the special ones. This is 5% yield. Which means that the downside risk is minimal now, as the stock has great support. I'm adding shares today.

I still think too much risk with political risks. One should look up for the recent news of 农夫山泉，娃哈哈，香飘飘，would know how political and or in these instances patriotism can affect a company product sales. Not to forget how Jack Ma was " punched" when commenting on China banking system
